Cavendish Square sits at the crossroads between four distinctive areas of central London; Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Mayfair and Soho. Its proximity to these characterful neighbourhoods has resulted in a fusion of personality and style that is entirely unique to Cavendish Square.

MARYLEBONE

To the north of the Square lies Marylebone, one of London’s most attractive and fashionable areas since the 17th century. Elegant Marylebone High Street, with its cobbled streets, boutique shops and cosy cafes, offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle.
People travel from all over London to visit Daunt’s beautiful flagship bookstore and chic restaurants such as Home House or Chiltern Firehouse.

FITZROVIA

Also situated north of Cavendish Square is Fitzrovia, London’s creative neighbourhood, where many of the city’s media and design agencies are found. Its pretty streets are peppered with small independent art galleries – complementing nearby bastions, The Royal Academy of Arts and The British Museum.
No trip to Fitzrovia is complete without a visit to Charlotte Street, teeming with high-end restaurants, and modish Charlotte Street Hotel.

MAYFAIR

Mayfair sits to the south-west. Its grand Georgian buildings are rich with history and home to many of the most famous hotels in the world including Claridge’s, The Dorchester and The Connaught.
Those looking for a taste of the high life will find streets packed with luxury designer brands, glamourous bars and elite clubs and restaurants including Annabel’s, Scott’s and Sexy Fish.

SOHO

To the east lies wildly contrasting Soho, one of the busiest and most colourful parts of London. Famous for its hipster vibes and vibrant nightlife, it was once frequented by the likes of Pink Floyd, Queen and The Sex Pistols, and is a year-round tourist destination.
It is the neighbourhood that never sleeps – shops and restaurants bustle with locals and tourists by day; by night West End shows are packed and nightclubs buzz with partygoers.

WORLD-FIRST WELLNESS DESTINATION

Cavendish Square will be home to a new 200,000 sq ft, four story, subterranean wellness destination. The scheme aims to regenerate the square: creating new public space, revitalising the gardens and establishing Cavendish Square as one of London’s premier centres for wellbeing. It will play host to a variety of premium businesses, including retail, food and beverage, hotel, healthcare, leisure and commercial space – offering local workers first-rate wellness services on their doorstep.

Right at the beating heart

Its central location means businesses operating out of 33 Cavendish are exceptionally well connected. Recent years have seen unprecedented development in the area as Bond Street station is connected to the new Elizabeth Line. The Elizabeth Line is set to carry over 200 million passengers across London each year and link Bond Street with Heathrow – drawing in global talent and establishing the West End as an epicentre for business.
